Mi rutina de pierna favorita enfocada a CUÁDRICEPS 🔥🦵Si tu objetivo es desarrollar pierna completa con énfasis en cuádriceps, esta rutina está estructurada para: ✔️ generar tensión real ✔️ progresar en carga ✔️ trabajar la pierna de forma completa ⸻ Así la hice: 👉 Hack squat (3x6–8 + drop set) Empiezo con un compuesto pesado para crear la mayor tensión mecánica. Aquí es donde realmente construyes masa. 👉 Búlgaras (2x8–10) Unilateral para estabilidad, equilibrio y trabajar cada pierna por separado. Además, activas glúteo + cuádriceps. 👉 Extensión de cuádriceps (3x10–12) Aislamiento puro para terminar de fatigar el quad. Enfócate en apretar arriba. 👉 Aductores (2–3x12–15) No solo estética: ayudan a estabilidad y control en otros ejercicios. 👉 Femoral sentado (2–3x15) Para mantener balance muscular y evitar descompensaciones. ⸻ 💡 No necesitas 10 ejercicios… necesitas los correctos, bien ejecutados y con progresión. ⸻ 💬 ¿Cuántos ejercicios haces tú en tu día de pierna? 📌 Guarda esta rutina para tu próximo leg day
